JOB DESCRIPTION: Some responsiblities are processing of accounts payable, maintaining payment records, processing payroll bi-weekly, employee time-off entry, preparation of 1099’s, year-end audit work, preparation and maintenance of various schedules, journal entries, special projects as necessary. The individual who will be successful in this position will have excellent organizational and people management skills, be detailed oriented and be able to multi-task.
DESIRED SKILLS: Working knowledge of SAGE MIP Fund Accounting software and nonprofit accounting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (test will be administered), 5 years recent bookkeeping experience, Associates Degree in accounting/bookkeeping or higher
